Fairhaven is the largest provider of supported employment on the NSW Central Coast!

When you work with Fairhaven you’ll learn new skills, receive workplace training, and best of all – enjoy being part of a great team!

Our two social enterprises, Pacific CoPack and RE-CReATE provide meaningful employment and real life work experience opportunities for over 130 people living with disability.

You will need to have ‘finding and keeping a job’ in your NDIS plan to be able to work with us.

STEP 2   Arrange a site tour of our Tuggerah or Point Clare facility.
STEP 3   If you are keen to work with us we will further your application. This may include a work experience trial to make sure that this is the right environment for you.

Work at Pacific CoPack:HACCP, Australian Organic, ISO certifications. Pacific CoPack Tuggerah Central Coast NSW.

Located at Tuggerah and Point Clare, Pacific CoPack provides a broad range of packaging solutions, such as product packing and filling plus warehousing, storage and delivery of commercial customer orders.

When you work Pacific CoPack, types of tasks may include:

  • weighing and filling of raw food products
  • heat shrink wrapping
  • tamper sealing
  • packing products
  • palletising
  • using warehouse machinery and equipment.

All supported employees are provided with relevant on the job training such as workplace health and safety, manual handling, use of equipment, quality standards, hygiene and food safety.

Work at RE-CReATE:

RE-CReATE is located at Point Clare. It is a major upcycling and re-use hub and a great place to flex your creative skills. We take donated goods and materials and find wonderful ways to transform them into unique and interesting re-sellable products, such as fashion, jewellery, textiles, homewares and furniture which are then sold through our shops in Point Clare and Erina Fair. All proceeds benefit our charitable cause.

When you work at RE-CReATE, types of tasks may include:

  • woodwork
  • sanding
  • painting
  • sewing and textiles
  • cutting and constructing materials
  • learn and apply upcycling techniques that add value to items.

All supported employees receive relevant on the job training such as workplace health and safety, manual handling and use of equipment.

Join our awesome team! There's a range of volunteer roles to suit many skills and interests: helping at events, working in our op shop, sorting room, general maintenance, gardening, office assistance.
