Individual Community Participation Programs are developed to provide learning opportunities for people with disabilities that develop life, community, social, safety or communication skills.

Our Mission
To empower people with disabilities and other stakeholders to reach their highest potential and quality of life through the provision of sustainable businesses and services.
Training
We employ over 150 people with range of disabilities who are trained across a variety of packaging, processing and assembly operations. The company is a registered charity and receives funding from the Commonwealth Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
Our training for people with intellectual disabilities includes:
