Fairhaven has a proud history of innovation, community partnerships and a record of sponsoring services for people with intellectual disabilities on the Central Coast to enable them to succeed as participating members of our community.
Our mission is to build a commercially viable network of business and other services that enable people with disabilities to make a positive contribution to the community through the development of skills, confidence and self esteem.
Fairhaven provides structured training and employment for over 150 people with disabilities in a range of manufacturing and packaging operations. Our committed board, staff and employees are determined to provide our customers with high quality solutions to their packaging needs and to that end our facilities are equipped to the highest international standards, with our services accredited to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Our accommodation service provides care and assistance to a number of people with disabilities in independent community accommodation, hostel accommodation and respite care.We aim to achieve profitable financial outcomes for each of our functional divisions in order to finance the growing need for accommodation and other support services.
